Nick turns 9!

A little birthday party for Nick with the Thorpe side.

For some strange reason Brighton liked Jantsen this night! :)

Make a wish!!

Nick chose to go to Brick Oven with just Mom & Dad and had a great birthday!

SHS Semi-final game at Rice Eccles...

And out walks the SHS Red Devils...not nearly the spirit and enthusiasm as the game against Timpview.

Payton's friend, Stephen (85), sings the "National Anthem". They did awesome!

Rubbing Zach's hair for luck...But not enough luck to win this game! Highland wins and the Red Devils are done for this season.

SHS brings down Goliath!

The Mighty Red Devils faced the Timpview T-birds early in the play-offs this year. Luckily we won the coin toss and were able to play on our home field. The stadium was packed and nerves were sky high! Did we have a chance to beat the State Champions for 4 straight years? Some of us had doubts, but not those Red Devil football players!! Payton was begging to dress for this game but was not quite healed from his previous injury.

Great shot of Karson (88), Hummer (99), Jaxon (78), Payton (16) and Stephen (85)...the "awesome" Sophies.
Half-time score of Red Devils-21, T-birds-7 gave us some serious hope that we might win this game!

The team back from half-time with injured Payton to the left.

WOW!! WOW!! Goliath falls! Devils Conquer! 38-27.

Some pretty excited fans, players and coaches!!
Now off to Rice Eccles Stadium to play Highland for the semi-finals. GO DEVILS!!!

Jantsen's 6th grade football team wins Superbowl!

Jantsen had an awesome 6th grade tackle football team this year! They lost one season game and ended up winning the Superbowl.

Halloween Happenings...

A neighborhood "Thriller" dance. We invited all the 5th and 6th graders in the neighborhood to come and perform the dance for the parents. We had hot chocolate and donuts.
Going out trick-or-treating. Nick decides to be a football player. Ninja Brooks and Jantsen went as himself.

Always a fun time decorating Halloween cookies at Grandma Thorpe's.

Jantsen had a great time!
