More Homecoming pics...

Here are some more pics of Homecoming. Payton went with 10 other couples. Some parents got the memo to go take pictures! Chris Sisk took pity on me and sent me these.

First Date....

This was Payton's very first date. He asked Emma Black to the Homecoming dance. Her mom took this picture. They went with 10 other couples. They met at Alex Duncan's house to take pictures...if I had a clue I would have gone there with my camera...next time! Then they went to Carrabas to eat, to the dance and after the dance they went to Murphy Nadauld's house. They played "Minute to win it" and almost won $50 each. He had a blast!

Payton says his "Homecoming" weekend couldn't have been better. At the Varsity game he got in and had an interception to stop Payson from scoring at all. (Score ended up 50-0) Then he had an amazing time at the dance.

It brought back memories to watch him getting ready and drive away to pick up his date. He was a little nervous and ended up forgetting the corsage and I had to bring it to him as he stopped half way there. It was an unforgettable day! What fun!

Payton and SHS Football...

This is the Sophomore game against Mtn View. Springville won 55-6. This was their first pre-season game. Payton played QB, Free Safety and Kicker. They looked great! What progress they have made since last year! Payton plays a little JV and dresses for Varsity.

Not Football.....Soccer!!

Brooks did not want to get left out of playing a sport this fall so he went out for soccer. This is a lovely kick! It would be even greater if there were a ball involved! He is having fun just being on a team!

It sometimes helps if you are watching the ball...

Goalie is very tiring and on occasion must be played while kneeling...

Nick's first year in Flag Football...

Nick's first year in Flag Football. Uncle Kelly is the coach. Nick is the QB. They haven't won a game yet, but we are hopeful!

Football Season is here!!

Jantsen's first year at tackle football. There is one team for Springville 6th grade. Johnson Tire coached by Greg, Warner Murphy, Scott Hullinger and Kip Elison. This was their first game against Payson. We won 26-6.

Jantsen has done great so far as starting QB. He also plays some defense and loves it!

Taken out from behind...this was their second game against Spanish Fork. We won by 2 or 3 TDs. (can't remember the final score) They have a great team and Jantsen is having a blast.

First Day of School!!

First day of school! August 24, 2010. Payton starts high school, Jantsen is in 6th grade and Nick is in 3rd. They look pretty excited huh!

Brooks' first day of Kindergarten. August 31st. He was so so so excited! (So was mom!) Especially because he has Mrs. Hylton, just like the rest of his brothers did.
